內科福利商店個人化行動導覽，適用於各式各樣的導覽需求情境,讓訪客可以及時得知附近福利商店最新,最划算的優惠訊息。只要由自己的手機中登入APP Store下載「內科福利商店個人化行動導覽」，透過簡易直覺的操作介面，在手機上依據不同目的導覽內容。對應不同需求情境，可選擇列表模式、地圖模式、AR模式、轉盤模式... ...等瀏覽形式。訪客於途中透過行動定位與高速3G網路，更是一項適地性服務（LBS）。此APP可持續將位置資訊回傳至系統處理中心，再依訪客所在位置篩選出鄰近導覽內容，並能即時更新。訪客帶著iPhone來內湖科技園區，就像擁有自己專屬導覽員一樣。In order to guide the visiter who want to have a trip in the Taipei Neihu Technology Park,Taipei Neihu Technology Park Development Association (TPDA) and the X4GPS company held up the app to help the visiter to know where the company in the TPDA are, and what the products they offer!
